Dispatcher’s and driver’s dream come true

Similar to the routes we create, we tend to keep our release notes short. However, this is a major one. Based on the feedback of our two most important user groups, we enriched the functionality and enhanced the UI of Routic. Here comes the details.

For Dispatchers

From now on, not only drivers but also dispatchers can manage stop data and actions in Routic: sending delay SMS, making them complete, or canceling them if necessary (with notification sending option). This makes the delivery management process and monitoring easier and smoother.

For Drivers

We launched a brand new interface in the Routic mobile app, both for Android devices and Iphones. Editing the routes is easier and more intuitive now, while directions and progress became visible on the map view.
