Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is established between Fuvar.hu Kft. [02-09-083090, 3/1 Farkas Istvan str. 7626, Pecs, Hungary] (referred to as "Routic") and the individual or entity accessing the Routic route optimization software (referred to as "Customer," "you," or "user"). By accessing or using the Routic route optimization software via app.routic.io (referred to as "the Service" or "Routic"), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please carefully read and understand these terms before using the application.

 

  1. License and Restrictions

You are not permitted to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or translate the Routic route optimization software or any of its components. All intellectual property rights and trademarks associated with the application belong to Fuvar.hu Kft.

 

  1. Changes and Fees

Routic reserves the right to modify the Service or introduce fees for its usage at any time and for any reason. Any such changes or fees will be transparently communicated to users with a 30-day notice.

 

  1. Privacy and Security

3.1. Routic Route Optimisation Software collects and processes personal data to provide the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access to the application.

3.2. We advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may compromise security and the proper functioning of the application.

 

  1. Connectivity and Charges

4.1. The Service may require an active internet connection. You are responsible for your data usage, and you may incur charges from your network provider.

4.2. You accept responsibility for any roaming data charges if you use the application outside your home territory without disabling data roaming.

 

  1. User Responsibilities

5.1. Ensure your device remains charged, as Routic cannot accept responsibility if the Service is unavailable due to a dead battery.

5.2. Routic does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of third-party information integrated into the application.

5.3. While Routic strives to generate near-perfect routes, minor planning errors may occur, so always review routes before assigning them to your drivers.

 

  1. Updates and Termination

6.1. Routic may provide updates to the Route Optimisation Software, which you must accept to continue using the application.

6.2. Routic reserves the right to terminate the Service at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the application.

 

  1. Subscription Information

7.1. Subscriptions will be billed to your designated payment method after 30 days free trial and will automatically renew in every 30 days. The exact amount varies based on your plan and location.

7.2. You can cancel your subscription at anytime. After the trial, you will be automatically billed.

7.3. You can subscribe to higher tier at any time, the change will take effect immediately upon settlement of applicable charges.

7.4. You can downgrade your current subscription at any time, the change will take effect at the end of the 30-day billing period.

7.5. No refunds will be given.

 

  1. Free Trial

Routic offers an initial free trial, allowing you to evaluate the product before paying for the service. Any subsequent free trials are subject to automatic cancellation.

 

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

Routic does not provide refunds for mid-period cancellations or for payments related to unused access to the Service.

 

  1. SMS Usage

The Routic route optimization software does not support sending SMS messages related to certain high-risk categories such as high-risk financial services, third-party lead generation, debt collection services, "get rich quick" schemes, illegal substances or articles, prescription drugs, and gambling. Sending messages containing this content will result in the suspension of SMS services for your account.

 

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Routic may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on the Routic website and will be effective immediately.
